Q: What shipping provider do you use?

Shipping is fulfilled by Gambler's Warehouse. US orders are shipped using USPS, International orders are shipped with Asendia. 

Q: Can I qualify for free shipping?

Yes, to the USA only. International orders have reduced shipping cost at 12 decks or more. Check out our Bundles to save some more of that sweet cash on your order.

US Order 6 decks or more to get free shipping.
International Order 12 decks or more to get reduced shipping.

 

Q: Why does shipping to Canada count as international when you are based in Canada?

The fulfillment center is based in Texas, USA so anything outside is considered international.

 


Shipping Policy:

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature and limited stock of playing cards, once orders have been shipped FH5VE cannot be held liable for stolen, lost or incorrectly delivered packages. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

FH5VE reserves the right to modify our returns and exchanges policy at any time.  

If your package is sent to the wrong address due to an error from us processing your order, please contact fh5veplayingcards@gmail.com

If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance. In the event that a replacement product is sent, FH5VE reserves the right to send the item via any shipping method available.

My order hasn’t been shipped yet!

Once you place your order, we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically your package will be shipped out within 2-4 days, although this may vary depending on possible delays occurring. 

I received the wrong item!

We’re all human and sometimes an incorrect order is sent. If you believe that you have received an incorrect item, please email us at fh5veplayingcards@gmail.com. *Please provide images of the item received as well as your order number. Please do not open any items you believe to be incorrect, and doing so may result in rejection of a replacement or store credit. 

My item is damaged! 

While we send every order with sufficient padding to prevent damage, in some cases damage will occur during shipment due to various reasons. In the rare case this happens, please let us know at fh5veplayingcards@gmail.com, within 7 days of receiving the package. *Please provide images of the damaged items/packaging and your order number. 

Why was my order canceled?

Occasionally, orders placed will be canceled due to being out of stock or suspicion of fraud. We will contact you regarding the reason in the rare case your order does get canceled.
