Refund policy

Returns are not accepted. Refunds are not accepted once the package has been shipped out.

Damaged packages

If your package is damaged on arrival, contact fh5veplayingcards@gmail.com. Please send a proof of purchase and a picture of the deck with your name placed in the frame somewhere (a sticky note, for example) showing that the seal has not been opened.

Lost packages

If your package is lost by the shipping company, we are not obliged to send you another one free of charge. If in the case that it is lost, you (the buyer) will have to pay the shipping cost again, but the decks will be free. Any issues should be directed to fh5veplayingcards@gmail.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
